By using Nuwa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the bot immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using Nuwa.

3. Usage of the Bot

Users agree not to:

• Use Nuwa for illegal activities.
• Abuse, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the bot's services.
• Use automated methods to spam commands.
• Circumvent limitations or security measures implemented by Nuwa.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems related to Nuwa.

4. Virtual Economy and Game Features

Nuwa may include game systems, virtual currencies, items, characters, weapons, achievements, and other digital content.

• All virtual assets remain the property of Nuwa.
• Virtual assets have no real-world monetary value.
• Nuwa reserves the right to modify, remove, reset, or rebalance any game feature at any time.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics may result in penalties.

5. Service Availability

Nuwa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime.
• Error-free operation.
• Availability of specific features.
• Preservation of user data in all circumstances.

Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur without prior notice.

6. User Data

Nuwa may store limited information necessary for operation, such as:

• Discord User IDs
• Discord Server IDs
• Economy and game progression data
• Configuration settings

Data is collected solely for providing bot functionality.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Restrict access.
• Suspend users.
• Remove data.
• Ban users or servers.

This may occur when users violate these Terms or abuse Nuwa's systems.

8. Intellectual Property

The Nuwa name, logo, artwork, systems, designs, code, and content are protected by intellectual property rights.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute Nuwa's source code without permission.
• Claim ownership of Nuwa assets.
• Create unauthorized commercial copies of Nuwa.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuwa and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Data loss.
• Service interruptions.
• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Losses resulting from use or inability to use the bot.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Nuwa after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
